Show up as you are has been created to help you “flick the switch” when it comes to self care, self love, and understanding you are great as you already are. This 30 mintue power talk will motivate you and build your confidence to have an awesome weekend.


A low impact, total body workout, using simple self-defence/combat moves, and suitable for all fitness levels. Unleash will empower you to recognise, react, and defend yourself from your own negative self-talk.
