Domestic Shipping
Our domestic shipping is with Royal Mail. Our service is Tracked 48 with a charge of £3.50 flat rate.
International shipping will take longer based on your Country of residence. All international orders are processed using Skynet Worldwide Express. International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout depending on weight.

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, including tags, and we will refund the full order amount placed at the point of sale. This does not include any returns shipping.
We do not offer free returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your product is to buy the new size, and then return the one you've previously purchased. We cannot guarantee that your size will still be available by the time you send your original purchase back, so buying it in the right size is our preferred method for exchanging.

Damaged Goods
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@amazingjane.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Any returns sent to us after the 28 day period will not be eligible for a refund.
