Where's my order?

We send orders out 5 times a week by Royal Mail, and International orders using Skynet Worldwide Express. Upon fulfilment, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Please use this to track your order from us. International orders will also receive a tracking number, but will be subject to the service for the location the parcel is being sent too.

How do Exchanges and Returns work?

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Event tickets, and digital goods are non refundable.

Free First-Time Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes take more than one try. That's why we offer free exchanges on your first order to help you find the right size. 

Returns

A fee of £2.95 per return will be applied if you choose to use our returns service.. This fee covers the cost of shipping, processing and handling your return. The return fee will be deducted from any applicable refund. this is the most cost effective method of returning your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately. We will arrange for an exchange of the same item (like for like) at no additional cost to you. Faulty or damaged items cannot be exchanged for different sizes, or products.

How to Return/Exchange an Item

  1. Start Your Return: Initiate your return or exchange by visiting the following link to generate a returns label http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/7376
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack your items securely, including the original packaging and tags. All items must be tagged and in their original condition to be considered for exchange or refund.
  3. Attach the Returns Label: Please follow the directions on the returns link. This will offer options for customers who do and do not have access to a printer.
  4. Send Your Return: All returns are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
When Will I receive my refund?

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment., minus any return fees applicable.

My item is faulty/damaged
